Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations.

Job Summary:

The Beverage Delivery/Sales Relief Representative will cover vacation routes for the company's sales team and help the delivery team with local deliveries throughout the week. The work schedule is Monday - Friday. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Fill in for the regular sales representatives during their absences, ensuring sales targets are met and customer relationships are maintained.
• Visit account locations according to a pre-set schedule to inventory and order products. 
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Stay up to date on new products and the changing needs of the market.
• Deliver beverages in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or a hand truck. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed. 
• Thorough knowledge of territory, markets, and clients. 
• Organized with attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
• Ability to lift 20 - 30 pounds throughout the duration of the shift.
