Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations.

Job Summary:

The administrative assistant will provide office duty support for the Billings location.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Generate and reconcile invoices for delivery loads
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure delivery accuracy and timely dispatch
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Support the administrative needs of the office 

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in office reception, administration, etc.
  • Proficient using a 10 key and reconciling/balancing accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new computer programs and software
