Job Summary:
The Beverage Sales Representative will oversee the company’s beverage sales activities within a defined territory.
The pay for this position depends on experience. Base salary + sales incentives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Pitch the entire company’s portfolio of products in an assigned territory.
- Monitors existing accounts inventory and orders, communicating regularly with primary contacts for the account.
- Works to establish new accounts in the territory.
- Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by Director of Sales.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales & service.
- Stay up to date on new products and the changing needs of the market.
- Provide support to the category management team in regards to executing resets, drawing of schematics, and selling new schematics to key customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Proven beverage sales experience preferred.
- In-depth product and industry knowledge, with a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, with demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
- Quick-thinking and adaptable—able to resolve challenges effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record with no major violations.
- Must be able to lift, move, and merchandise cases ranging from 20 - 30 lbs. regularly. Tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Work independently across multiple retail locations, traveling between accounts throughout the day.
