Job Summary:
The Sign Shop position runs the in-house sign shop at our Hayden office, designing graphics and producing signage and point-of-sale materials for Watkins Distributing’s Idaho locations. This role also helps manage the company's social media presence by designing and posting content.

Job Summary:
The Sign Shop position runs the in-house sign shop at our Hayden office, designing graphics and producing signage and point-of-sale materials for Watkins Distributing’s Idaho locations. This role also helps manage the company's social media presence by designing and posting content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the sign shop at the Hayden office, including printers, cutters, and laminating equipment.
- Design graphics for signs, posters, displays, and social media posts.
- Print promotional signs for accounts and company locations.
- Design, print, cut, and laminate signs for bars, restaurants, retail stores, and gas stations.
- Create signage for in-store product displays and promotions.
- Fulfill sign requests from sales teams at our Idaho locations and coordinate getting finished signs to other branches.
- Ensure signage follows supplier brand guidelines and applicable alcohol advertising rules.
- Create and post content on the company’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Track sign shop supplies (vinyl, laminate, ink, etc.) and reorder as needed.
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in graphic design, sign making, print production, or a related field.
- Proficient in graphic design and sign-making software, including Corel and Adobe programs.
- Experience operating large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators.
- Experience creating and posting content on social media platforms.
- Strong eye for design, layout, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines for several locations at once.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and works well independently and with sales teams.
- Beverage industry experience a plus.
